Refunds

If for any reason your are not satisfied with the hosting provided by eticket, a money back can be requested within 14 days.

You must accept the terms of this Agreement in order to use the Services.

NOTWITHSTANDING, BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN AS WELL AS ALL ACCEPTABLE USE POLICIES INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.

1. TERM AND PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

1.1. Term

This Agreement shall be for an "Initial Term" as chosen by you in the Order Form located on this Site at the time you register for the Services. This Agreement will be automatically renewed (the "Renewal Term") at the end of the Initial Term for the same period as the Initial Term unless you provide Eticket anotice of termination thirty (30) days prior to the end of the Initial Term or the Renewal Term.

1.2. Termination Policy

If you terminate your receipt of the Services prior to the end of the Initial Term or the Renewal Term, whichever is then applicable, you will not be refunded any fees paid in advance

1.3. Payment

All charges for Services must be paid in advance according to the then current prices applicable to the Services. Charges can be made via Paypal, Google Checkout, or via money transfer.

2. CONTENT

2.1. Investigation of Violations

Eticket may investigate any reported or suspected violation of this Agreement, its policies or any complaints and take any action that it deems appropriate and reasonable under the circumstance to protect its systems, facilities, customers and/or third parties.

2.2. Intellectual Property / DMCA Claims

Any DMCA take down notices submitted to Eticket will be acted upon prompty - and any offending material will be immediately removed. In severe cases where the customer's website is seen as functioning purely to host pirated / copyrighted materials, the website will be removed. Eticket at its sole discretion may notify the customer of such abuse, but is not bound to.

2.3. Appropriate Content

Any and all materials stored under your hosting account is required to be attributed to its original author or artist in the case of content being duplicated. Sites such as torrent sites, illegal download sites, or any other otherwise paid services being offered for free without express permission of the content owner is all considered abusive content, and will be removed.

2.4. Unauthorised Content

Some examples of content that you are not allowed hosting on eticket services include, but are not limited to:

  • Copyrighted works - MP3s (and other audio formats), JPEGs (and other image formats), DIVX (and other video formats), DOC (or other document / PDF formats) of any material that is copyrighted.
  • Spam servers - sites whose sole purpose is to send out unsolicited emails to users.
The client agrees that web pages and files uploaded to servers will not violate any province, federal or foreign laws or regulations; infringe on any intellectual property rights of any party; be defamatory, slanderous or trade libelous; be threatening or harassing; be discriminatory based on gender, race, age; promote hate; or contain viruses or other computer programming defects which result in damage. Customers may not run IRC, bots or clients. Unacceptable uses also include: Bulk unsolicited emailing, unsolicited emailings, newsgroup spamming, child porn or links to such sites, copyrighted MP3, illegal content, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, HYIP, e-currency exchange, auto-surf, warez, cracks, software serial numbers. Eticket will be the sole and final arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this policy.
